Description: Excavate, grade, and lay down 4" 3000 psi concrete for 5' wide sidewalk, stairs, landings, and ADA ramps. #4 rebar in stairs and concrete mesh in sidewalk and ramps. Approx 510 SqFt of Concrete. Wet set ADA yellow warning pads 2'X5' at bottom end of ADA ramps. Wet set 1/4" 3" x 3" base plates for handrail both sides of ramps and middle landing, 36" O.C. qnty (30). Wet set 1/4" 3" x 3" base plates on one side of stairs; qnty (3). Install 4" x 4" 1/4" x 5' steel tube as scuppers; qnty (2)
